The following arrests were made between July 1, 2013 and July 8, 2013, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

JULY 8

Pagan, Jorge, 33, of 11 Prospect Lane, Apt. 2A, West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint.

JULY 7

Rodriguez, William Cruz, 44, of 4 Vernon St., Hartford: Charged with illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Salerno, David C., 39, of 52 Wellington Ave., Farmington: Arrested at South Main St./Webster Hill Blvd.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

JULY 6

Yarde, Kyle, 27, of 110 Federal St., West Hartford: Arrested at 110 Federal St.; charged with failure to obey stop sign, failure to obey officer’s signal, illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $5,000.

Adams, Zachary C., 21, of 69 Brookmoor Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 69 Brookmoor Rd.; charged with driving in the right hand lane, evading responsibility, operation while under the influence, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $500.

JULY 5

Barrett, Jake E., 21, of 12 Bel Aire Dr., Plainville: Arrested at 921 Farmington Ave.; charged with failure to grant right of way on private road, operation while under the influence.

Molina, Joshua, 20, of 191 Hamilton St., Hartford: Arrested at New Park Ave./New Britain Ave.; charged with third-degree larceny motorcycle/no face protection. Police say accused was operating a stolen moped. Bond $2,500.

Osbourne, Jovan, 21, of 222 Chandler St., Hartford: Charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Bond $500.

Rivera-Rodriguez, Rey Y., 23, of 19 Orange St., Apt. A1, Hartford: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession of hallucigen, operation while under the influence. Bond $2,500.

JULY 4

Arroyo, Keyla, 24, of 37 Acorn St., New Britain: Arrested at 333 North Main St.; charged with misuse of plate, operating with suspended/revoked license, operation while under the influence. Bond $2,000.

Elayateem, Naim B., 21, of 233 Cleveland Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 160 Oakwood Ave.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Akere, Abayomi, 37, of 21B Brickyard Rd., Farmington: Charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence. Police said Akere’s vehicle was facing the wrong way in the tree belt in front of 1033 Farmington Ave., and he was passed out behind the wheel with the vehicle running. Bond $2,500.

JULY 3

Culver, Russell E., 34, of 140 Brooks Rd., Middletown: Arrested at New Park Ave./Kane St.; charged with violation of probation. Bond $20,000.

Jubb, Heather, 25, of 20 Marshall St., Apt. 3, New Britain: Charged with two counts illegal possession, operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond $5,000.

Turgeon, Gabrielle, 23, of 989 Old Turnpike Rd., Southington: Charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession. Bond $5,000.

Rios, Carlos M., 46, of 123 Retreat Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 507 New Park Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $1,000.

Fitzgerald-Freeman, Jaydine, 21, of 464 Fabyan Rd., N. Grosvenordale: Charged with first-degree failure to appear. Bond $10,000.

Clement, Nicholas, 20, of 111 Jerry Daniels Rd., Marlborough: Charged with third-degree larceny.

Fendley, David F., 25, of 9 Greene Ave., Canaan: Charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, two counts illegal possession, operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Police said accused was found with 62 bags of heroin and suboxone after a motor vehicle stop. Bond $15,000.

JULY 2

Sanabria-Fontanez, Michael, 22, of 464 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace. Bond $1,500.

Arduiz, Pablo, 29, of 202 Adelaide St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace, illegal possession. Bond $1,500.

Sirois, John V., 26, of 51 Pickens Dr., Newington: Charged with failure to bring motor vehicle to a full stop, failure to obey control signal, reckless driving, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $1,000.

Rosado, Jessica, 30, of 71 Warrenton Ave., 2E, Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $5,000.

JULY 1

Almedina, Anthony, 34, of 83 Grant St., 2Fl, Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace, illegal possession. Bond $1,500.
