Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

JULY 21

Baez, David, 46, of 46 Mozart St., West Hartford: Arrested at 46 Mozart St.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree threatening. Bond $2,500.

JULY 20

Pastor, Andrew, 21, of 199 Talcott Notch Rd., Farmington: Charged with failure to drive right, failure to obey officer's signal, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

JULY 19

Maurice, Katie, 21, of 533 Wauregan Rd., Brooklyn: Charged with illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,000.

Rockwell, Adam, 24, of 533 Wauregan Rd., Brooklyn: Charged with articles/device/sticker/ornament obstructing view, illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,000.

Dimitratos, Michael D., 30, of 6 Farms Rd., Broadbrook: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession, misuse of plate, operating with suspended/revoked license. Bond $5,000.

Mihalic, Amy E., 38, of 12601 Ivy Mill Rd., Reisterstown, MD: Charged with two counts illegal possession, two counts sixth-degree larceny. Police said she was found stealing prescription pills from patients. Bond $1,000. 

JULY 18

Palmer, Jeffrey, 19, of 142 Francis Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 1061 New Britain Ave.; charged with violation of probation, second-degree failure to appear, assault on a peace officer, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer. Combined bond $42,500.

Labelle, Rick James, 25, of 23 South Main St., Apt. A4, Jewett City: Charged with illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Valverde, Carlos H., 52, of 69 Abbotsford Ave.: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $1,000.

JULY 17

Duplin, Justin B., 24 of 11 Bunker Hill Rd., New Britain: Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Morant, Christina, 26, of 7 Casner Dr., Berlin: Charged with illegal possession, illegible plate, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Cusack, Michael J., 59, of 1218 Stanley St., Apt. 103, New Britain: Arrested at Rt 9/I-84 West; charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, two counts illegal possession. Bond $2,500.

Garcia, Edwin, 47, of 7 Bodwell St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny. Bond $25,000.

JULY 16

Lafargue, Anthony J., 46, of 46 South Whitney, Hartford: Charged with evading responsibility, violation of probation. Combined bond $20,000.

Enos, Brittany, 21, of 165 Sigourney St., Apt. C2, Hartford: Charged with third-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.

JULY 15

Goncalves, Kevin W., 19, of 23 Deer Run Dr., West Hartford: Charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct. Bond $1,500.

Carrion, David, 35, of 15C Wethersfield Ave., Hartford: Charged with illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $10,000.
