The following arrests were made between July 27 and July 29, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was from the , 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

JULY 29:

Berrios, Yosue, 32, of 70 Russ St., Apt. D30, Hartford: Arrested at 2534 Albany Ave.; charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Palmer, Jeffrey A., 18, of 20 Capen St., Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with two counts of third-degree assault, two counts injury/risk/impairing morals, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of second-degree robbery. Bond $50,000.

Lesinkski, Darius, 21, of 32 Buell St., New Britain: Charged with second-degree larceny, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $75,000.

Policy say the accused was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle.

Seals, Tiffani Linnette, 30, of 472 Hillside Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 50 Kane St.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $500.

Febles, Bryan G., 19, of 5 Highland St., Apt. A5, West Hartford: Charged with driving in the right-hand lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Jara, Oscar A., 19, of 132 Carroll St., New Britain: Arrested at 195 Prospect Ave.; charged with operation while under the influence, possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle by a minor. Bond $500.

JULY 28:

Santana, Jose, 41, of 116 Brook St., Hartford: Charged with following too close, operating with a suspended/revoked license, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Dumond, Brian S., 26, of 38 Case St., Farmington: Charged with second-degree breach of peace, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $1,500.

JULY 27:

Machnik, Allyson F., 34, of 6 Pratt St., Rocky Hill: Charged with operation while under the influence, unsafe backing. Bond $500.

Pantages, Alex A., 28, of 205 S. Quaker Lane, West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct. Bond $1,000.

Ocasio, Andres, 35, of 76 Elmhurst St., West Hartford: Arrested at 76 Elmhurst St.; charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $5,000.

Ricci, Thomas M., 48, of 42 7th St., Newington: Charged with interfering with an officer, two counts of fifth-degree larceny. Bond $10,000.

Ramirez, Ismael, 29, of 186 Park St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $3,500.
