JUNE 17

Anderson, John A., 59, of 55 Elmhurst St., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.

Clements, Dwayne, 52, of 14 Walker Lane, Bloomfield: Charged with drinking while operating a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Bond $5,000.

Decker, Michael, 36, of 34 White Rd., Ellington: Charged with third-degree larceny, illegal possession. Combined bond $30,000.

Kramer, Judith, 55, of 773 Farmington Ave., Apt. A1, West Hartford: Arrested at 773 Farmington Ave.; charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $2,500.

Kowalski, Charles, 32, of 209 Woodland St., Bristol: Arrested at South Main St./Brightwood Lane; charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, two counts illegal possession, littering, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

JUNE 16

O'Brien, Phillip E., 30, 38 Lovell Ave., Windsor: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order/non-threatening, risk of injury/impairing morals. Police say accused was arrested for a domestic assault which occurred in front of the police department. Bond $25,000.

Rodriguez, Jonathan, 23, of 147 Monroe St., Hartford: Charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a cellphone, two counts illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, weapons in motor vehicle.

Evans, Lawrence E., 43, of 357 High St., New Britain: Charged with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny. Police say accused was arrested in the Shell parking lot after breaking into a vehicle and stealing $625 worth of items. Bond $10,000.

Delaney, James, 24, of 382 Park Rd., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $1,000.

Parker, Raymond L., 40, of 31 Grieb Trail, Wallingford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $1,000.

Do, Binh, 56, of 82 Barnard Dr., Newington: Arrested at New Britain Ave./Shield St.; charged with following too close, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Eisele, William G., 21, of 49 Carleton St., New Britain: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence, second-degree failure to appear. Bond $250.

JUNE 15

Floyd, Ashley, 25, of 170 Shelton Ave., Apt. 8, New Haven: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $500.

Mora, Alejandro, 27, of 100 Kane St., Apt. A7, West Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $5,000.

Diaz, Julio, 43, of 55 Rosemary Lane, New Britain: Charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, operation while under the influence, second-degree strangulation. Bond $75,000.

JUNE 14

Manuele, Matthew, 19, of 86 Theodore St., Newington: Charged with three counts of third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, first-degree reckless endangerment resulting from a domestic violence incident. Bond $5,000.

Bosnyack, Ethan P., 23, of 170 Whitman Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 1078 New Britain Ave.; charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, two counts illegal possession, operating with a suspended/revoked license, illegible plate, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,000.

Picone, Aniello J., 46, of 38 Meriden St., Southington: Charged with second-degree harassment, third-degree stalking. Police say accused stalked and harassed the mother of his child. Bond $25,000.

Clark, Paul, 35, of 37 Sage Dr., Berlin: Charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, illegal possession. Bond $5,000.

Campos, Jose W., 32, of 158 Newington Rd., Apt. A103, West Hartford: Arrested at 158 Newington Rd.; charged with driving in the right hand lane, evading responsibility, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

JUNE 13

Figler, Steven, 21, of 32 5th St., Newington: Charged with risk of injury/impairing morals, second-degree sexual assault/consensual/no force or threat. Bond $50,000.

Rogers, Shawna D., 23, of 15 Evergreen Ave., Hartford: Charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery. Bond $10,000.

Kielbowicz, Beata, 44, of 721 Beckley Rd., Berlin: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with fifth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device. Bond $500.

Colby, Christopher J., 32, of 49 Argyle Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 200 Whitman Ave.; charged with second-degree criminal trespass, illegal possession, operation while under the influence, possession of less and 1/2 marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

JUNE 12

Reilly James, 26, of 67 Newport Ave., West Hartford: Charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Doran, Nathan A., 23, of 168 Mt. Pleasant St., Meriden: Arrested at I-84 East/South Main; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Fusco, Peter, 27, of 168 Mt. Pleasant St., Meriden: Charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $2,500.

JUNE 11

Walters, Kurt, 49, of 29 Atwater Rd., Collinsville: Charged with illegal possession, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with or fabricating. Bond $5,000.

Walker, Ashley D., 26, of 10 Pavilion St., Hartford: Charged with two counts of third-degree forgery, two counts of third-degree identity theft, fifth-degree larceny. Bond $25,000.

Beem-Miller, Micah, 33, of 242 Duncaster Rd., Bloomfield: Arrested at 160 Park Rd.; charged with driving in the righthand lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.
