The following arrests were made between June 24, 2013 and June 30, 2013, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

JUNE 30

Elder, Dalas, 65, of 36 West Beacon St., Apt. 203, West Hartford: Charged with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer. Bond $1,000.

Serrano, Luis Arnoldo, 24, of 100 Flatbush Ave., Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $15,000.

JUNE 29

Gomez, Gonzalo, 33, of 97 Federal St., West Hartford: Charged with two counts third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace resulting from a domestic violence incident. Bond $25,000.

Bayeh, Manssour Z., 42, of 73 Hartley Dr., Waterbury: Charged with third-degree assault. Bond $10,000.

Williams, Omar M., 43, homeless: Charged with 91 counts of second-degree forgery, 19 counts of third-degree forgery, sale/use/possession of fireworks, fugitive from justice. Police said that Williams was arrested after a motor vehicle stop and was found to be in possession of multiple fraudulent checks and ID cards. An extreditable warrant for his arrest from Virginia was also found. Combined bond $500,000.

St. Denis, Ronald J., 42, of 135 Rockwell Ave., Apt. C, Bristol: Arrested at I-84 West, Exit 41; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

JUNE 28

Bergeron, Joey R., 32, of 75 West Rd., Colchester: Arrested at 1037 Boulevard; charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession, interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with or fabricating. Police said accused threw narcotics on ground upon contact with police, resisted arrest and was Tasered. Bond $75,000.

Dottavio, Vincent E., 26, of 28 Pleasant St., Ludlow, VT: Arrested at 1037 Boulevard; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $10,000.

Mankus, Scott M., 21, of 281 Newington Rd., West Hartford: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, failure to display plate/sticker, failure to bring motor vehicle to full stop, three counts failure to obey control signal, two counts motorcycle/no face protection, two counts operating an unregistered motor vehicle, two counts reckless driving. Combined bond $10,000.  

Garofalo, Douglas A., 31, of 18 Warren Terr., West Hartford: Arrested at Boulevard/Whiting Lane; charged with driving in the right hand lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

JUNE 27

Edvardsen, Jennifer, 29, of 14 Trailside Dr., Norwalk: Charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, two counts illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Keating, Matthew, 28, of 1 Oliver St., Norwalk: Charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

JUNE 26

Nadolny, Mariusz, 24, of 55 Rackliffe Dr., New Britain: Charged with second-degree failure to appear, first degree failure to appear. Combined bond $57,500.

Dejesus-Santiago, Marvin, 21, of 195 Sigourney St., Apt. A1, Hartford: Charged with five counts of third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, two counts fifth-degree larceny, manufacture/possession of burglar's tools, possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say accused was arrested for involvement in several car burglaries. Bond $40,000.

JUNE 25

Hansen, Bryan, 28, of 145 Silver St., Granville, MA: Arrested at 1044 Boulevard; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Pickett, Helen, 43, of 355 Sigourney St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree threatening. Bond $2,500.

Layaw, Mitchell, 27, of 3 Walnut St., Ellington: Charged with illegal possession, operating with a suspended/revoked license, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $1,000.

Betsey, Leandra J., 19, of 11 Florence St., Hartford: Arrested at 50 South Main St.; charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, interfering with an officer, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Bond $2,500.

Betsey, Loralyn, 40, of 12 Pulaski Dr., Apt. C10, Hartford: Arrested at 50 South Main St.; charged with second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. Bond $2,500.

Logan, Peter J., 20, of 11 Florence St., Hartford; charged with second-degree forgery, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $2,500.

Wright, Felicia, 47, of 136 Pearl St., Waterbury: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $4,000.

JUNE 24

McCue, Matthew, 41, of 45 Lakeview Rd., Terryville: Arrested at South Main St./I-84; charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

Jones, Jonathan E., 23, of 33 Woodmont Rd., West Hartford: Charged with fraudulent use of ATM, illegal possession of marijuana, two counts of sixth-degree larceny. Bond $2,000.

Krasniqi, Jetlir, 29, of 130 Eastside Blvd., Waterbury: Charged with two counts fifth-degree larceny. Combined bond $7,000.
