Kittle, Nicholas Charles, 23, of 82 Bellevue Ave., Bristol: Arrested at I-84/Exit 44; charged wtih second-degree failure to appear. Bond $1,000.
Giangrave, Peter, 49, of 36 Bayberry Rd., Newington: Charged with illegal possession, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.
Thomas, Robert, 30, of 37 Bingham St., New Britain: Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $7,500.
Lee, Erica Jamie, 26, of 142 Maplewood Ave., West Hartford: Arreted at Boulevard/Trout Brook Dr.; charged with failure to obey stop sign, making improper turn, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operation while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $500.

Gordon, Scott, 54, of 84 Sherwood Rd., Bristol: Arrested at Kane St.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.
Simmons, Cheryl A., 44, of 478 Broad St., Bristol: Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.
Resigna, Rhona Lee, 58, of 9 Mountain Laurel Court, Cromwell: Charged with third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery. Bond $20,000.
Platt, Gordon B., 55, of 54 Rowe Ave., Apt. 3N, Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening. Bond $2,500.
Hurwitz, Hannah S., 30, of 66 West Main St., Apt. 301, New Britain: Arrested at Park Rd./Greenhurst Rd.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, failure to obey stop sign, making improper turn, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Fiondella, Michael, 31, of 640 Old Hartford Rd., Apt. 2, Colchester: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./Newfield St.; charged with interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $3,000.
Soboleski, Thomas Michael, 22, of 75 Alexander Dr., Colchesteer: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./Newfield St.; charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,500.
Martinez, Hiram M., 21, of 19-21 Kibbe St., Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with 11 counts of third-degree burglary, nine counts of third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer, manufacture/possession of burglar’s tools. Police say accused turned himself in on a warrant for burglary. Bond $30,000.

Harrison, Kevin L., 28, of 1452 Corbin Ave., New Britain: Arrested at I-84/Kane St.; charged with criminal violation of a protective order/non-threatening.
Barrett, Ashley, 26, of 76 Hinsdale Ave., Winsted: Arrested at New Park Ave./Prospect Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $2,500.
Shaw, Jason, 28, of 76 Hinsdale Ave., Winsted: Arrested at New Park Ave./Prospect Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.
Sutton, Ariel Melissa, 20, of 181 Railroad Ave., Great Barrington, MA: Arrested at 2900 Albany Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.
Jackson, Wendy, 54, of 203 Bainbridge Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 20 South Main St.; charged with four counts second-degree failure to appear, failure to keep drugs in original container, illegal possession. Combined bond $7,600.

Davis, Daniel M., 55, of 377 Main St., Portland: Charged with failure to drive right, failure to have head lamps, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.
Redding, Barbara, 48, of 22 Elliot St., Apt. 318, Hartford: Arrested at 333 North Main St.; charged with evading responsibility, two counts of sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device. Bond $5,000.
Gherard, Nathan G., 29, of 551 Mulberry St., Naugatuck: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.
Gaston, Jeffrey, 53, of 480 Ferry St., Apt. 313, New Haven: Charged with second-degree forgery, illegal possession. Bond $25,000.
Stephenson, Sylvan George, 35, of 57 Wilfred St., West Hartford: Arrested at 57 Wilfred St.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint. Bond $15,000.

Padilla-Guzman, Lolianenette, 30, of 68 Wilfred Rd., Manchester: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./Newfield St.; charged with two counts sixth-degree larceny, second-degree robbery, second-degree failure to appear. Combined bond $27,500.
Wiscovitch, Daniel, 32, of 68 Wilfred Rd., Manchester: Charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, first-degree robbery. Police say accused implied that he had a gun in the course of shoplifting. Bond $75,000.
Seecharran, Lloyd, 45, of 1296 Trout Brook Dr., West Hartford: Arrested at 1296 Trout Brook Dr.; charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening. Bond $5,000.
Hall, Corree A., 32, of 502 Broad St., Hartford: Charged with carrying a gun without a permit, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver. Police say Hall was found to be in possession of a handgun while working at Max Burger and as a convicted felon does not have a license to carry one. Bond $275,000.
Russo, Michael J., 30, of 153 Woodland Heights, Cromwell: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, hate crimes, second-degree strangulation, first-degree unlawful restraint resulting from an altercation at Sidebar on Feb. 15, 2013. Bond $25,000.
Jefferson, Christopher, 25, of 41 Westland St., Hartford: Charged with violation of probation on two PRAWN warrants. Bond $100,000.
Correia, Marcus, 33, of 11701 Battersea Dr., Beltsville., MD: Charged with first-degree failure to appear on an active PRAWN warrant. Bond $2,500.
