MAY 19

Gomes, Nicholas A., 22, of 126 Middlebrook Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 394 Trout Brook Dr.; charged with driving in the right hand lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Jemison, Henry, 30, of 362 Hillside Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 777 Farmington Ave.; charged with criminal violation of a protective order/threatening, manufacture/sale/administering restricted substance. Bond $25,000.

Flores, Christopher, 26, of 13 Laraia Ave., East Hartford: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, interfering with an officer, making improper turn, operation while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $10,000.

MAY 18

Wheeler, Nicole L., 24, of 158 South Washington S., Apt. 12, Plainville: Charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $500.

Bump, Richard, 64, of 657 Waterville Rd., Avon: Arrested at 970 Farmington Ave.; charged with failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Harned, Justin J., 31, of 75 Kibbe Rd., Ellington: Arrested at I-84/Park Rd.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, making improper turn, operation while under the influence, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $500.

MAY 17

Ortiz, Luis A., 35, of 607 Zion St., Apt. 8, Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $100.

MAY 16

Keeton, Charles R., 40, homeless. Charged with criminal violation of a protective order/non-threatening. 

MAY 15

Vasquez, Tracy A., 43, of 152 Brimfield Rd., Wethersfield: Charged with two counts disorderly conducct, two counts second-degree harassment, two counts second-degree threatening. Bond $10,000.

Ellegard, Michael R., 33, homeless: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.

MAY 14

Mendez, Julissa Diaz, 25, of 1091 Broad St., Apt. 3S, Hartford: Charged with fifth-degree larceny. Bond $1,500.

Elmi, Samatar, 19, of 420 Bloomfield Ave., West Hartford: Charged with evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lance, following too close, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.
