NOVEMBER 8
McKenzie, Shi S., 26, of 2367 Main St., Apt. 5, Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $500.
Johnson, Garet A., 31, of 104 Baltimore St., Hartford: Charged with fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $2,500.
NOVEMBER 7
Jordan, Tishonda L., 30, of 199 Collins St., Apt. 2A, Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device. Bond $5,000.
Richardson, Raymond J., 23, of 131 Tremont St., Hartford: Charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny. Bond $150,000.
Tantillo, Andrew J., 25, of 70 Treble Rd., Bristol: Charged with evading responsibility, failure to surrender license, unsafe backing. Bond $10,000.
NOVEMBER 6
Kelly, Randall A., 48, of 704 Garden St., 1st Floor, Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace, public indecency at Old Navy in Corbins Corner. Bond $20,000.
Tirpak, Paul, 48, of 51 Pratt St., Winsted: Charged with following too close, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.
Roman, Jonathan A., 29, of 51 Elmhurst St., West Hartford: Arrested at 940 South Quaker Lane; charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening. Bond $10,000.
NOVEMBER 5
Rohan, John, 69, of 181 Auburn Rd., West Hartford: Charged with first-degree criminal trespass for trespassing at Hall's Market. Bond $10,000.
Flintroy, Steffen, 44, of 28 Negaug St., Hartford: Arrested at 983 New Britain Ave.; charged with illegal possession, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $2,500.
