NOVEMBER 12
Laurel, Michael, 28, of 478 East Main St., Torrington: Charged with third-degree assault, risk of injury/impairing morals. Police say accused struck a 9-year-old child with a golf ball. Bond $10,000.
NOVEMBER 11
Stevens, Marcus, 20, of 91 Red Top Dr., West Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault, risk of injury/impairing morals, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree robbery stemming from a valid arrest warrant for an incident on May 23, 2012. Bond $50,000.
Viroja, Uday, 23, of 66 Oakridge Dr., Windsor Locks: Charged with operation while under the influence. Police say accused was found at a traffic signal sleeping inside his vehicle with the car in drive and foot on the brake.
NOVEMBER 10
Smith, Jeffrey D., 30, of 11595 312 Ave., Boring, OR: Charged with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace for assaulting a male and female outside the Shell Gas Station at Farmington Ave. and Trout Brook Dr. Bond $20,000.
Elias, Garrett Oneil, 18, of 200 Bloomfield Ave., Apt. 311, Hartford: Charged with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.
Bragg, Charleeza M., 20, of 78 Imperial Dr., Apt. F., Manchester: Charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree violation of conditional release. Bond $25,000.
Morin, Brandon, 27, of 151 Gridley St., Bristol: Arrested Kane St./I-84 West; charged with failure to drive right, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say accused was found in possession of 26 bags of heroin and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop. Bond $2,500.
Blanchard, Michelle, 46, of 1280 Asylum Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 1198 Trout Brook Dr.; charged with failure to drive right, failure to have head lamps, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.
NOVEMBER 9
Thomas, John E., 48, of 38B Wethersfield Ave., Hartford: Charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery. Bond $15,000.
NOVEMBER 8
Odessky, Anton A., 30, of 90 Kane St., Apt. B8, West Hartford: Arrested at Prospect Ave./Caya Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear on a PRAWN warrant. Bond $2,500.
