OCTOBER 14
Doolittle, Kristofer, 24, of 26 High St., Terryville: Charged with creating a public disturbance. Bond $103.
Morin, Tyler, 24, of 60 Schroback Rd., Plymouth: Charged with creating a public disturbance. Bond $103.
Nerney, Rita, 22, of 666 Fruit Hill Ave., North Providence, RI: Charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $500.
OCTOBER 13
Omichinski, Daria, 56, of 194 Terrys Plain Rd., Bloomfield: Arrested at 289 South Main St.; charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence. Bond $2,500.
Thomas, Tausha, 18, of 136 Kane St., Apt. D1, West Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia in connection with less than 1/2 oz. marijuana. Bond $1,000.
Spencer, Steven, 27, of 23 Rathburn St., Bristol: Arrested at Isham Rd.; charged with driving in the right hand lane, operation while under the influence.
OCTOBER 12
Grant, William, 110 Foxcroft Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $2,500/.
Zeng, Zhao, 47, of 365 Mountain Rd., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace during an altercation with an owner of an adjacent business over the building's water bill. Bond $1,500.
McCabe, Kieran, 40, of 367 Auburn Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at Fern St./Country Lane; charged with driving in the right hand lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.
Slattery, Shawn E., 51, of 53 Briarwood Ln., East Hartford: Arrested at Prospect Ave./Westphal St.; charged with failure to wear seat belt, illegal possession. Bond $5,000.
Cova, Anthony Clayton, 46, of 14 Greystone Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury/impairing morals, reckless driving, two counts of reckless endangerment. Bond $5,000.
