The following arrests were made between Oct. 17 and Oct. 21, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

OCTOBER 21

Monsivais, Victor, 34, of 115 Park Rd., West Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, illegal possession following a domestic disturbance complaint. Bond $2,500.

Aparicio, Ronald, 26, of 115 Park Rd., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance. Bond $10,000.

Casale, Justin R., 34, of 59 Stillwell Dr., Plainville: Charged with articles/device/stickers or ornament obstructing view, two counts of illegal possession following a motor vehicle stop. Bond $5,000.

Turner, Raymond, 68, of 36 Whiting St., Apt. 5, Plainville: Charged with illegal possession following a motor vehicle stop. Bond $5,000.

OCTOBER 20

Figueroa, Hector, 35, of 1163 St. Johns Pl., Apt. 3R, Brooklyn, NY: Arrested at 27 Steven St.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief, operation while under the influence, travel too fast for conditions. Bond $500.

Dame, Karlee, 29, of 138 Dwight St., New Britain: Charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury/impairing morals. Police say accused was involved in a dispute between a mother and father and child and was involved in a physical altercation with the child's mother while the child was nearby. Bond $5,000.

Happenny, Courtney, 31, of 123 Eldridge St., Apt. 4, Manchester: Charged with second-degree breach of peace. Police say accused was involved in a dispute with the father of her child in a public parking area. Bond $1,000.

Santiagos, Alexis, 29, of 138 Dwight St., New Britain: Charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a 911 call. Police say accused was involved in a physical altercation with the mother of his child and prevented her from calling 911. Bond $2,500.

Johnson, Britta K., 23, of 265 New Rd., Avon: Charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

Apted, Elizabeth R., 36, of 652 Mountain Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace. Police say the accused went to Beachland Tavern where her husband and girlfriend were and confronted the girlfriend and punched the girlfriend in the face. Bond $2,500.

OCTOBER 19

Ehnot, David, 54, of 12 Westborough Dr., West Hartford: Arrested at 12 Westborough Dr.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening for a road rage incident. Bond $5,000.

Lewis, Anthony R., 55, homeless: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say narcotics were found in the car. Bond $150,000.

Nails, Charles, 62, of 460B North Main St., Norwich: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with failure to keep drug in original container, first-degree forgery, two counts of illegal possession, manufacture/sale/distribution, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Police say accused was found to be in possession of heroin. Bond $150,000.

OCTOBER 18

Gamble, George Michael, 33, of 470 Park Ave., Windsor: Arrested at 470 Park Ave.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance. Bond $5,000.

Dwyer, Christopher A., 30, of 528 Lovely St., Avon: Arrested at 375 Prospect Ave.; charged with failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated, illegal possession, possession of less than 1/2 oz. marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Muhammad, Farrakhan A., 44, of 530 South Main St., West Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault. Bond $100,000.

Daley, Stephanie Elizabeth, 24, of 7 Cumberland Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at North Main St./Fern St.; charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

OCTOBER 17

Ramos, William, 44, of 157 Seymour St., Hartford: Charged with first-degree criminal trespass, illegal possession, sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, Bond $30,000.
