OCTOBER 3
Coleman, Patrick J., 21, of 19 Northbrook Dr., West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear on an active PRAWN warrant. Bond $2,500.
Villanueva, Alexis V., 23, of 27 Emerson St., Manchester: Charged with second-degree failure to appear on a valid PRAWN warrant. Bond $5,000.
OCTOBER 2
Malik, Moeed, 22, of 121 Cambridge St., West Hartford: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./New Park Ave.; charged with operation while under the influence.
Ballestas, Alcides A., 20, of 338 South Quaker Lane, West Hartford: Arrested at 338 South Quaker Lane; charged with second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer.
Miller-Williams, Azenia, 37, of 410 Burnside Ave., East Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny. Bond $15,000.
