The following arrests were made between Oct. 22 and Oct. 25, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

OCTOBER 25

Williams, Willie, 27, of 116 Babcock St., Hartford: Arrested at 150 New Park Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $1,500.

Senquiz-Lebron, Arnoldo, 43, of 21 Roberts St., New Britain: Charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear. Combined bond $15,000.

Charles, Leroy Peter, 25, of 17 Lockwood Terr., West Hartford: Arrested at 103  Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $12,000.

OCTOBER 24

Leavitt, Vivian, 29, of 139 Powder Hill Rd., Middlefield: Arrested at 2534 Albany Ave.; charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery after attempting to steal beer from Big Y. Bond $5,000.

Kliminsky, Jason R., 25, of 17 Willard Ave., Newington: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with third-degree larceny, fourth-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.

Seabrooke, Anthony, 23, of 65 Imlay St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree forgery, fifth-degree larceny. Bond $2,500.

Wallace, Jeffery, 52, of 89 South Whitney St., Apt. B4, West Hartford: Charged with assault on a peace officer, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, public indecency which occurred in the Sears parking lot. Bond $50,000.

OCTOBER 23

Vozza, Alexandra C., 24, of 9 Beaver Brook Rd., Apt. B, Danbury: Arrested at Hooker Dr./South Main St.; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, tailight improper color. Bond $1,500.

OCTOBER 22

Garay, Hector L., 26, of 391 Hillside Ave., Hartford: Arrested at Flatbush Ave./Chandler; charged with failure to bring motor vehicle to stop, failure to have tail lamps, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

Lindstrom, Steven, 44, of 1008 Stafford Ave., Bristol: Charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $1,000.

Clark, Dean, 24, of 76 Conestega Way, Glastonbury: Arrested at South Main St./New Britain Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $5,000.

Mapp, Oneal D., 56, of 354 Laurel St., Apt. 1N, Hartford: Charged with two counts of second-degree forgery, two counts of third-degree larceny. Combined bond $15,000.
