OCTOBER 31

Quintana, Jonathan, 22, of 193 Flatbush Ave., Hartford: Charged with violation of probation. Bond $10,000.

OCTOBER 30

Subrian, Ciara A., 20, of 76 Webster St., Apt. D10, Hartford: Charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace. Bond $1,000.

Pazmino, Gabriela, 52, of 82 Chatfield Dr., West Hartford: Charged with fifth-degree larceny. Bond $500.

Spalty, Alden W., 41, of 35 Woodbridge Rd., Newington: Arrested at Flatbush Ave.; charged with failure to renew registration, illegal possession near school, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Borgia, Kathleen A., 46, of 374 Quaker St., West Hartford: Charged with violation of probation. Bond $20,000.

OCTOBER 29

Degrandi, Joseph R., 41, of 61 Vine Hill Rd., West Hartford: Charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening. Bond $15,000.

OCTOBER 28

Wallace, Seth, 47, of 534 New Britain Rd., Berlin: Charged with criminal violation of a restraining order. Bond $35,000.

Simpson, Sarah E., 26, of 15 Wells Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with violation of probation, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct. Combined bond $80,000.

Heredia, Anselmo C., 40, of 24 Deerfield Ct., East Hartford: Charged with criminal violation of a protective order. Bond $2,500.

Gonzalez, Osniel, 28, of 766 Broad St., Hartford: Arrested at 61 Kane St.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree riot stemming from a disturbance at the Gold Roc Diner. Bond $7,500.

Chapman, Christopher D., 35, of 115 Woodford Ave., Plainville: Arrested at 61 Kane St.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree riot stemming from a disturbance at the Gold Roc Diner. Bond $5,000.

Chapman, Jason T., 37, of 240 Bucks Hill Rd., Waterbury: Arrested at 61 Kane St.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree riot stemming from a disturbance at the Gold Roc Diner. Bond $5,000.

Lucas, Tamara, 22, of 71 Wood St., Apt. 1, Waterbury: Arrested at 61 Kane St.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree riot stemming from a disturbance at the Gold Roc Diner. Bond $5,000.

Robinson, Wayne, 36, of 213 River St., Waterbury: Arrested at 61 Kane St.; charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, first-degree riot stemming from a disturbance at the Gold Roc Diner. Bond $5,000.

OCTOBER 27

ODonnell, Shawn M., 20, of 456 Homestead Ave., Holyoke, MA: Arrested at 2654 Albany Ave.; charged with illegal possession. Bond $1,000.

Serafini, Nicholas, 26, of 1349 Dixwell Ave., Hamden: Charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession. Police say accused was arrested during a motor vehicle stop and steroids, liquids and pills, were found in the trunk of the vehicle. Bond $75,000.

Adorno, Rafael, 42, of 51 Oxford St., Hartford: Arrested at 1044 Boulevard; charged with third-degree larceny. Bond $25,000.

Frank, Stephen D., 24, of 44 Brook St., New Britain: Charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

OCTOBER 26

Broderick, Kyle E., 29, of 140 Frederick St., Bristol: Arrested at South Main/I-84; charged with illegal possession of marijuana, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $5,000.

Bruzy, Robert M., 29, of 239 New Cheshire Rd., Wallingford: Arrested at South Main/I-84; charged with two counts of illegal possession of marijuana. Bond $5,000.

Reyes, Justin A., 20, of 156 Dart St., Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening. Bond $5,000.
