West Hartford Police Logs: October 3 - October 4

The following arrest information was supplied by the West Hartford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were made between Oct. 3 and Oct. 4, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

OCTOBER 4

Myers, Anthony M., 30, of 187 Glen St., New Britain: Arrested at New Britain Ave./Newington Rd.; charged with assault on a peace officer, disobeying order of an officer, illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession, operation without a license, first degree reckless endangerment. Police say that accused failed to stop for a motor vehicle violation and when instructed he drove forward and struck an officer. Subsequent investigation found 5.2 grams of rock-like heroin. Bond $100,000.

Myers, Joseph M., 29, of 102 Glen Eagle Dr., Bristol: Arrested at New Britain Ave./Newington Rd.; charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession. Police say accused was a passenger in a landscaping truck that was reported in a road rage incident. Bond $10,000.

Cazacu, Cristian V., 31, of 1062 Boulevard, Apt. C-5, West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree harassment. Bond $5,000.

Phillips, Christopher E., 23, of 65 Sumner St., Hartford: Arrested at 250 Troutbrook Dr.; charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession of hallucinogen. Police say they served a search warrant and Phillips was found to be in possession of a large quantity of marijuana and packaging material.

Ramos-Figueroa, Sasha M., 23, of 54 Spruce St., Manchester: Charged with third-degree assalt, second-degree breach of peace. Bond $25,000.

OCTOBER 3

Rodriguez, Harrison, 19, of 114 Vanderbilt Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 970 New Britain Ave.; charged with 11 counts of third-degree burglary, 9 counts of third-degree criminal trespass, first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with an officer, manufacture/possession of burglar's tools. Police say accused was apprehended after a foot chase and was arrested for breaking into the impound lot and burglarizing several vehicles in the lot. Bond $25,000.

Jack, Nicole L., 26, of 33 Birney Brook Dr., Torrington: Arrested at South Main St./I-84; charged with operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

Negron, Jorge, 43, of 73 or 63 New Hampshire Ave., New Britain: Arrested at Exit 39 of I-84; charged with illegal possession, operating a motor vehicle without a license, failure to signal turn. Bond $5,000.

Texidor, Jeffrey, 22, of 6 Steven St., Apt. B, West Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with failure to pay or plead. Bond $150.
