NOVEMBER 5

Regan, Liza, 25, of 97 McGuinness Blvd., Apt. 2L, Brooklyn, NY: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $1,000.

NOVEMBER 4 Brown, Desarae S., 27, of 39 Banbury Lane, Bloomfield: Arrested at 1078 New Britain Ave.; charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening associated with a domestic incident. Bond $5,000.

NOVEMBER 2

Palmer, Kerry Ann, 32, of 79 Winchester St., Hartford: Arrested at Albany Ave./Mountain Brook Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear following a motor vehicle stop. Bond $5,000.

Soto, Shayla, 26, of 12 Hemingway Dr., Wallingford: Arrested at Prospect Ave./Westphal St.; charged with illegal possession, operation with a suspended/revoked license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

NOVEMBER 1

Coffey, Jessica Marie, 23, of 13 Wallens St., Apt. 33B, Winsted: Charged with failure to keep drugs in original container, two counts illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $5,000.

Watras, Brian, 26, of 65 Spoonville Rd., East Granby: Arrested at Albany Ave./North Main St.; charged with failure to renew registration, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Augustowski, Chester F., 56, of 31 Holmes Circle, Farmington: Arrested at 2650 Albany Ave.; charged with operation of motor vehicle while using a cell phone, failure to drive in proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $5,000.

OCTOBER 31

Michaud, Daniel, 24, of 465 Wolcott St., Apt. 11, Bristol: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.

Coronel, Jacinto, 27, of 12 Park St., Apt. 2, Bristol: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.
