SEPTEMBER 13

Rohan, John, 69, of 181 Auburn Rd., West Hartford: Charged with first-degree criminal trespass. Bond $5,000.

Agnew, Michael, 54, of 76 Flagg Rd., West Hartford: Charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree larceny, fourth degree larceny. Bond $50,000.

Tracey, Daniel, 21, of 52 High Ridge Dr., Newington: Charged with failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

SEPTEMBER 12

Carty, Trevor, 26, of 20 Swampscott St., West Haven: Charged with soliciting without a permit/residential. Bond $100.

McGill, John, 34, of 58 Ken St., Plainville: Arrested at 2626 Albany Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $50.

Budz, Ryszard J., 52, of 105 Layton St., West Hartford: Arrested at South Quaker Lane/Burgoyne St.; charged with failure to drive in proper lane, operation under the influence. Police say accused was involved in an evading accident earlier in the day. Bond $75,000.

Arter, Elizabeth, 50, of 335 Fairfield Ave., Apt. 1, Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.

SEPTEMBER 11

Knighton, David, 24, of 78 Madison Ave., Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $500.

Quinones, Alexis, 31, of 176 Preston St., Hartford: Arrested at New Britain Ave./South Quaker Lane; charged with second-degree failure to appear after a motor vehicle stop. Bond $752.

Lafond, James, 34, of 376 Ash Swamp Rd., Glastonbury: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespass, disorderly conduct. Bond $2,500.

Muhammad, Farrakhan A., 44, of 530 South Main St., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree criminal mischief, risk of injury/impairing morals, two counts of fifth-degree larceny on the strength of a valid arrest warrant. Bond $15,000.

SEPTEMBER 10

Alleman, Kathleen J., 50, of 70 Boulanger Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 70 Boulanger Ave. and 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with two counts of violation of probation, two counts of criminal violation of a protective order, interfering with an officer, second-degree reckless endangerment. Police say accused violated two protective orders by returning to residence at 70 Boulanger Ave. When confronted by officers, accused fled the scene in a vehicle, police said. Combined bond $85,000.

Basile, Paul C., 41, of 20 Goodwin Dr., Somers: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree larceny. Bond $5,000.

Rodriguez, Dennis, 28, of 81 Newton St., Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with evading responsibility, following two close, operating with a suspended or revoked license.
