The following arrests were made between Sept. 13 and Sept. 16, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:
SEPTEMBER 16
Minor, Dennis, 42, of 136 Wintonbury Ave., Bloomfield: Arrested at North Main St./Albany Ave.; charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone, driving in the right hand lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

SEPTEMBER 15
Dejesus, Reinaldo, 38, of 167 Hampton Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 167 Hampton Ave.; charged with two counts of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, risk of injury/impairing morals, second-degree strangulation, unlawful restraint. Police say accused was taken into custody during a family violence incident. Bond $50,000.

Kelly, Patrick, 18, of 164 Theodore Parker, West Roxbury, MA: Charged with second-degree breach of peace for being intoxicated and causing a disturbance on the University of Hartford campus. Bond $500.
SEPTEMBER 14
Johnson, Edward, 21, of 20 Mountain Brook Rd., West Hartford: Charged with operation while under the influence, unsafe backing stemming from a single motor vehicle accicent on July 17. Bond $10,000.
Torres-Negron, Aldwin, 20, of 30 New Park Ave., Hartford: Charged with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $1,500.
SEPTEMBER 13
Ortiz, Roberto, 31, of 21 Flatbush Ave., Hartford: Arrested at 21 Flatbush Ave.; charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny on the strength of a warrant for breaking into a Shell gas station on August 24. Bond $150,000.
