The following arrests were made between Sept. 28 and Oct. 1, 2012, and are listed in reverse chronological order. Information was provided by the West Hartford Police Department, 103 Raymond Road. Some charges may stem from multiple arrests; bond listed when available; arrests do not indicate convictions:

OCTOBER 1

Santana, Miguel A., 22, of 141 Elmhurst St., West Hartford: Charged with second-degree failure to appear on a valid PRAWN warrant. Bond $2,500.

Muhammad, Farrakhan A., 44, of 530 South Main St., West Hartford: Arrested at 530 South Main St.; charged with disorderly conduct resulting from a domestic incident. Bond $5,000.

SEPTEMBER 30

Jimenez, Jose, 38, homeless: Arrested at 490 New Park Ave.; charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree failure to apear. Combined bond $3,000.

Huynh, My N., 47, of 95 Madison Ave., Hartford: Charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

SEPTEMBER 29

Milliman, Jocelyn J., 28, of 12a Darling St., Southington: Charged with driving in the right hand lane, operation while under the influence, traveling unnecessarily fast. Bond $1,000.

SEPTEMBER 28

Beaumier, Andrew T., 22, of 15 Caroline Lane, North Windham: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with disorderly conduct resulting from a domestic violence incident. Bond $1,000.

Best, Robert S., 45, of 141 Montrose St., Hartford: Arrested at 103 Raymond Rd.; charged with second-degree failure to appear on a PRAWN warrant. Bond $5,000.

Polo, Nicholas, 19, of 566 Fern St., West Hartford: Arrested at 566 Fern St.; charged with failure to respond to an infraction on a PRAWN warrant. Bond $2,500.

Thompson, Benjamin, 28, of 11 Tiffin Dr., Vernon: Arrested at Prospect Lane; charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, defective windshield wipers. Bond $2,500.
