Williams, Alphonso G., 52, of 404 Barbour St., Hartford: Arrested at 1500 New Britain Ave.; charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, third-degree robbery. Bond $1,000.
Caldwell, Joshua, 22, of 2964 Kenneth St., Memphis, TN: Arrested at Mayflower St./Vine Hill Rd.; charged with soliciting without a permit/residential. Bond $100.
Watts, JB, 26, of 402 Dixon Ave., Gastonia, NC: Arrested at Mayflower Ave./Vine Hill Rd.; charged with soliciting without a permit/residential. Bond $100.
Stewart, Donovan, 28, of 65 Deerfield Rd., Windsor: Arrested at I-84 East exit 44; charged with failure to have lights lit/devices illuminated, improper color tail lights, violation of probation on an active PRAWN warrant. Bond $3,991.
Custin, Benjamin, 29, of 2 Village Lane, A1404, Wethersfield: Arrestd at Park Rd./Gifford Rd.; charged with failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence. Bond $1,000.

Elkayam, Shai, 30, of 74 Fuller Dr., West Hartford: Arrested at Goodsell St./Seldan St.; charged with third-degree criminal mischief, failure to drive right, failure to obey control signal, illegal manufacturing/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession near school, illegal possession of hallucigen, refusal to be fingerprinted.
Roberts, Devon, 34, of 76 Orange St., Hartford: Arrested at 46 Kane St.; charged with interfering with an officer, sixth-degree larceny. Bond $2,500.
Harding, Zsa Zsa T., 50, of 716 Farmington Ave., Basement Apt., West Hartford: Arrested at 716 Farmington Ave.; charged with interfering with an officer, fourth-degree larceny.
Ruiz, John, 41, of 50 Layton St., West Hartford: Arrested at Park Rd./South Highland St.; charged with four counts of second-degree failure to appear on a PRAWN warrant. Combined bond $29,000.

Miller, Jason D., 12 Melody Ridge Rd., Deep River: Arrested at 84 Flatbush Ave.; charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, two counts of illegal possession, misuse of plate, operation without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop.
