West Hartford police have identified a man suspected in the carjacking that took place at the Elmwood Community Center on Wednesday afternoon, according to media reports.

The Hartford Courant and NBC Connecticut have reported that police are seeking Alexander “Ace” Diaz, 22, of Hartford, in connection with the carjacking.
