A Screening and Application Event
SNAP, formerly known as Food Stamps is a program that provides assistance to households who are otherwise unable to meet their basic nutritional needs. Applicants must bring a photo ID, birth certificates for all household members, Green Cards from the INS (for legally registered non-citizens), proof of income, i.e. most recent four weeks of pay stubs, written documentation of child support, Social Security, etc., rent receipts or proof of mortgage payments.
