First Phase of Road Paving Begins in Town

Ten miles of West Hartford's roads will be paved this year by the Department of Public Works.

Springtime is road paving time, and the first phase is now underway.

According to the , West Hartford plans to pave ten miles of roadway this year.

Streets to be paved in the first round include: Greenhouse Boulevard, Madsen Road, Cottage Ave., Crosshill Rd., Greenacres Ave., Crestwood Rd. from Webster Hill Blvd. to Overbrook Rd., Norwood Rd., Seneca Rd., Sioux Lane, Braintree Dr., Harvest Lane, Visgrove Lane, Brenway Dr., Ridgemont Dr., and Beacon Hill Drive from Pheasant Chase to Mountain Road.
