'Opportunities for Business in Connecticut' Coming to West Hartford

Local business associations to host a 'Business and Information Session.'

Commissioner Catherine Smith, Department of Economic & Community Development, will be featured during a "Business and Information Session" scheduled for April 20 at West Hartford Town Hall.

This is the commissioner's first visit to West Hartford, said Rob Rowlson, director of the Department of Community Services. "The session is for any business in the community, and will be a very important and informative session for all that attend," Rowlson said.

The session will take place from 8 to 10 a.m., and refreshments will be served. Free parking is available at Town Hall through ticket validation.

All West Hartford businesses are invited to come learn what opportunities the State of Connecticut offers, with information about a variety of programs to be made available.

The session is sponsored by West Hartford business associations, and is available to West Hartford companies free of charge.
