Two West Hartford organizations were awarded over $500,000 in funding for several projects under the state 2014 Nonprofit Grant Program.
Gov. Dannel P. Malloy announced Thursday that 146 projects with 84 organizations have been selected to receive a total of $20 million in awards.
In West Hartford, The Bridge Family Center, Inc was awarded $298,690 in funding for technology upgrades ($27,930) and renovation to the counseling rooms ($270,760).
Hebrew Community Services is set to receive $211,344 for vehicles.
