Update on West Hartford Road Construction
Mountain Road will be paved between Aug. 22 and 24.
The paving of Mountain Road from the Boulevard to Glenwood Road will take place from August 22 to August 24.
The intersection of Farmington Avenue will not be paved and will remain open at all times. Milling will occur on Wednesday, Aug. 22, followed by paving on Thursday, Aug. 23, weather permitting.
If weather is a factor, work will be completed on Friday, August 24. Crews will begin work at 6:30 a.m. and continue until early evening. The northbound lane of Mountain Road (north of Farmington Ave) will be closed. The southbound lane will remain open.

The section between the Boulevard and Farmington Avenue will be completely closed in both directions during the three-day period. Motorists are asked to seek alternate routes.
