West Hartford Celebrated at 12th Annual Mayor's Charity Ball

New venue a success as guests dined, danced, and bid on auction items under a grand tent at West Hartford Town Hall.

Town Hall was the place to be on Saturday evening. Guests at the 12th Annual Mayor's Charity Ball began the evening by walking down the "red carpet" into Town Hall. The gala evening included silent and live auctions, a raffle, musical entertainment, dinner, and dancing to the Motown Band Le Mixx. NBC Connecticut's Brad Drazen served as emcee, and Mayor Scott Slifka and former Mayor Jonathan Harris entertained the crowd with their now-expected "Mayor's Dance."

The 12th Annual Mayor's Charity Ball was a fundraiser for the non-profit organizations HopeWorks, The Grounds, and Playhouse on Park.
