Saint Brigid School's Boooo-tastic Halloween Party!

On the evening of Friday, October 25, Saint Brigid School (SBS) students had a spooky good time at their annual Booo-tastic Halloween Party fundraiser!

This event was led by the Home School Association's Halloween Chairpersons Paula Miller-Carter and January King. Both Miller-Carter and King transformed the gymnasium, library, and advancement office into a kid-friendly theme row of haunted house rooms.

Over 120 kids and their families paraded from room to room dressed in costumes from outrageously funny to scary screaming, "Trick or treat give me something good to eat!"

Dressed as a SBS student Principal Hicky stated, "This was an awesome night - you had to see it to believe it! Mrs. Miller-Carter and Mrs. King are very creative. They did an absolutely outstanding job of creating a fun-filled atmosphere. They had decorations everywhere."

There were goodies and treats to eat everywhere you looked. They also had some of the most engaging games to play for both students and adults. There was a best costume, limbo, line-dancing, relay "plate & cup" races and contests as well.

Miller-Carter and King also had raffles going on simultaneously, while two parents volunteered their professional photography services to coordinate a haunted house photo booth. The kids and faculty loved it. It was a fun night indeed!
