St. Brigid Alumnus Receives HBJ's 2013 40 Under Forty Award

West Hartford - Saint Brigid School is proud to announce that Brandon M. Frame, class of 2001, is the recipient of the 2013 Hartford Business Journal's 17th annual 40 Under Forty award.

Frame was selected by an independent panel of judges made-up of business and civic community leaders throughout the Greater Hartford area. The Hartford Business Journal (HBJ) is an award winning (audited) subscription based weekly newspaper. The awards ceremony will take place on September 23, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford.

Each year, the Hartford Business Journal recognizes 40 individuals under the age of forty from Hartford’s corporate and non-profit sectors for their ability to be leaders in a competitive workforce environment. Out of a candidate pool of over 125 nominees, the winners were selected based upon their unparalleled work ethic and for their significant contributions to the community-at-large.

Frame’s lists of accomplishments are noteworthy. Equipped with a B.A. in business from Morehouse College, Frame initially thought he would enter the business world. He quickly realized his passion was education and making a difference in the lives of young men.

“Speaking of education, St. Brigid School played a vital role in my development. As a young man coming from Hartford - it is because of the teachers and coaches at St. Brigid that I was able to develop sound and moral Christian values, “explained Frame.  “These values have stayed with me and continue to lead me down a path of incredible success.”
