Eight Hall High School Athletes Earn All State Honors

West Hartford student-athletes have earned All State honors for fall sports, and several Hall seniors have also signed letters of intent to play Division I college athletics.

Hall High School has announced that the following student-athletes earned All-State honors this fall:

Sitting - Allyson Swaby (Soccer), Hayley McClure (Swimming), Sarah Mantz (Swimming), and Kelley Mantz (Swimming); Standing - Keilani Lai-Hipp (Field Hockey), David Abunaw (Soccer), and Zachary Magin (Cross Country) - not pictured Eliza Maciag (Swimming).

David Abunaw, Danny Gomez, and Ben Villaperedes from the Hall High Boys soccer team were also selected to the Senior Bowl, and Abunaw was named Senior Bowl MVP.

Allyson Swaby was also an All-New England Selection along with her All-State award.

In addition, four Hall seniors have signed letters of intent this month for participate in Division I college athletics. They are: Megan Tracy (Lacrosse - St. Joseph's University (PA); Bailey Amenabar (Crew - University of Notre Dame); Sarah Mantz (Swimming - University of Vermont); and Jacob DiBella (Swimming - Rider University).

Hi Barbara, We are so sorry this happened. Last night we added 200 sites to our great new BetaRead More platform and we think that made our newsletter server go haywire. Our engineers are hard at work to fix this bug and we are hopeful that things will be much smoother on Thursday.
