Alzheimer's Association Intro and Basics Session

Join us in the Hoffman Honda showroom as we welcome our community partner, the Alzheimer's Association of Connecticut.  The association will spend an hour educating guests about the challenges that face those diagnosed with Alzheimer's, and outline different avenues of support care givers can receive.
