Black History Month

Dr. Stacey Close, a history professor at Eastern Connecticut State University will present 'Southern Migration and the Transformation of Black Hartford, 1915-1949. Co-sponsored by the West Hartford African-American Social & Cultural Organization, the Noah Webster House, Historical Society and the public library. Open to all, in the event of bad weather, the program will be rescheduled for Feb. 27 at the library. For more information call 860-561-6990.
