Fertile Ground has invited several electronic media reporters and managers to join us to talk about their websites, calendars and list serves that can support your outreach efforts.  Learn about WestHartford.Patch.com and LocalOnlinenews.TV and Town of West Hartford Community Listserve and Calendar as tools for community outreach and how they can support your efforts. Fertile Ground is the monthly community networking breakfast for West Hartford and area individuals, agencies and organizations involved in social service or action.  With programs like this we learn about what we are each doing and foster connections where they make sense to improve our impact on the community.
