David Norton, owner of the Hartford Hypnosis Center, will lead a session at the Elmwood Community/Senior Center on healthy hypnosis. The session is part of the "50 and Better!" series for active adults. Norton teaches that hypnosis gently guides people to overcome negative patterns and accelerate healing in order to increase their sense of well being. Participants are invited to relax and rejuvenate, and may volunteer to be hypnotized.
