Hearth Cooking for Kids

Making food is always more fun over an open fire. On Sunday, January 22 from 1-2 p.m., kids will get the chance to help our cook make hoecakes and applesauce in the reproduction kitchen. They’ll measure and mix ingredients, peel and slice apples, learn how to cook them, and then enjoy the fruits of their labor.  This program is open to children ages 8-13. Younger children are invited with parental supervision. Please call 860-521-5362 extension 21 to register, or visit www.NoahWebsterHouse.org.       Registration is required.
