Bring the family and join ShopRite of West Hartford's Registered Dietitian, Angie, for an informative store tour focused on making healthy, kid-friendly choices. Angie will discuss tips, tricks, strategies and techniques for feeding your family and developing healthy eating habits at all ages. Questions about picky eaters? Need some kid-friendly recipe ideas? Not sure how to get your family to eat vegetables? Angie can help. Kids will participate in fun nutrition activities of their own during the tour.
