Nine Student Athletes from Hall Attend Media Day

These students have already committed to continuing their sports at the collegiate level.

On Thursday, Feb. 16, senior student athletes assembled for Media Day in the gymnasium. These students have already committed to playing collegiate level sports.

Hall High School seniors Emily Wieczorek and Jeremy Shuskus have signed a National Letters of Intent. Emily will play soccer for Fairfield University. Emily has earned All State and All Conference honors in soccer and was captain of the 2011 soccer team. Jeremy will play tennis for Sacred Heart University. Jeremy has earned All Conference honors in tennis and is Captain of the tennis team.

Zack Becker is the baseball captain and has earned All Conference honors in baseball. Zack will play for Hamilton College in the fall.

Regan Considine is captain of the Varsity Four crew team for RiverFront Recapture. Regan is also a member of the National High Performance Crew team. Regan will row for Yale in the Fall.

Conor Doherty is Captain of the lacrosse team and will continue to play lacrosse for Union College.

Ian Dugger was captain and All State/All Conference in football this year for Hall will play football for Trinity College.

Rebecca Scalise was captain of the 2011 soccer team and has earned All Conference honors. Rebecca will attend Southern Connecticut State College in the fall.

Conor Scalise has been a member of the Hall soccer team for four years will continue to play soccer at Western Connecticut State University in the fall.

Jessie Ustjanauskas was captain of the Girls Swimming and Diving team. She earned All State and All Conference honors in swimming, and holds six school records in swimming. Jessie will attend and swim for the College of William and Mary.
