The Bridge Family Center to Host Middle School Fall Dance

West Hartford students in grades 6-8 are invited to attend the dance in the West Hartford Town Hall Auditorium this Friday.

is sponsoring a Middle School Fall Dance for students in grades 6, 7 and 8. The dance will be held this Friday, Sept. 30, in the .

"These dances are a fun and safe way for middle school kids to socialize," said Judy Bierly, Director of Community Services for The Bridge Family Center. Radio station 95.7 FM is coming to this dance and setting up a table, talking live on the radio, and giving away prizes.

Tickets are $5 each and must be purchased in advance. A permission slip signed by a parent or guardian is required for each attendee. Tickets can be purchased in the lobby of Town Hall on Monday or Tuesday evening, Sept. 26 and 27, from 6-7:30 p.m.

Dance guidelines and the permission slip are available through the attached PDF.

Appropriate behavior, dance, and attire required. Students may not leave until the dance is over unless accompanied by a parent. Drop off time is 7 p.m., and pick-up is at 9 p.m.

Tickets are not available at the Bridge, schools, or at the door. There is a limit of 1 ticket per student and 4 tickets per parent or school official. First come, first served, and 350 tickets will be sold until they are sold out.
