More than 1,000 runners are expected for the 5-kilometer (3.1-mile) road race that starts and ends in Blue Back Square at 10:30 a.m.
Kids fun runs of 1/2 mile and 1 mile will start at 10:15 a.m. Refreshments will be served.
Organizers will collect donated mittens, gloves, hats and scarves for The Town That Cares Fund, a program of the West Hartford Human Services Department.
