No thanks. After how they treated Planned Parenthood I wouldn't give Komen a dime!

Every runner I know will boycott this race. Komen is the dregs of society. Sorry.

A fund raiser for breast cancer research and you want to boycott it. That's nice.
Charles June 2, 2012 at 12:17 pm
Komen is run by the far right wing of the Republican party. Will not give them a dime, again, ever.
Elizabeth June 2, 2012 at 12:44 pm
Wow! So you wouldn't give a dime to an organization that funds breast cancer research in support of an organization that has no problem committing gendercide! Women count only as long as it fits in with your political ideology. What a joke!
Elizabeth June 2, 2012 at 12:45 pm
As if you ever did.

That's right Elizabeth I wouldn't give a dime to Komen but that doesn't mean I don't support breast cancer research done by other organizations that support a womans right to choose what to do with her own body. And now all of a sudden that equates to "gendercide"? Oh please.

I agree with you completely Charles. Clearly, an organization that plays an important role in the fight against breast cancer (early detection, improved survival rates, more research) is a devious part of the Republican's orchestrated war on women. You have obviously thought this one through.

You are a sick twist Charles, you really are!!!
Charles June 3, 2012 at 10:23 am
Breast cancer research is important, it should not be political. However, abortion is legal, still and poor women need healtcare as well. Planned Parenthood offers that. Why would the Republican party be against poor women? Especially women of color.
