Mandell JCC’s 21st Annual Poker Bike Ride Cycles for a Charitable Cause – July 8, 2012

Cycle in support of Youth Programming at the Mandell JCC during its 21st Annual Poker Bike Ride on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at The Swim & Tennis Club, 4 Duncaster Road, Bloomfield, CT. Proceeds from the event will benefit Youth Programming at the Mandell JCC.

Participants choose from 15-, 25- or 50-miles rides through the scenic Farmington Valley. There are designated stops along each route, where cyclists will draw playing cards from a deck. At the end of the event, each rider will have one poker hand, and riders with the best hands of the day will receive prizes.

15- and 25-mile riders begin at 9:00 a.m. at The Swim & Tennis Club; the 50-mile riders will start at 7:00 a.m. Fee registration for the Poker Bike Ride before July 1 is $10 for children ages sixteen and under, and $40 for adults. Registration fees after the July 1 date are $15 for children sixteen and under and $50 for adults. To register, contact the Member Services Center, 860-236-4571.
