Summer ACES (Assisting Children to Explore & Succeed)

Summer ACES (Assisting Children to Explore & Succeed)

The Bridge Family Center and its Youth and Family Services Department are excited to offer a new summer program, Summer ACES, for children entering 4th & 5th grades in the fall.

Summer ACES is for children who could use extra support to help them improve the social skills needed for success in the classroom and on the playground. Activities include Volleyball, Mini Golf, Dodge Ball, & Crafts, along with Social Skills covering topics such as Conversational Skills, Listening & Interrupting, Cooperative Play Skills, & Stand Up to Bullying. The program is for independently functioning children who do not need an extra hand to help them participate.  Should you desire a more therapeutically structured program we will be happy to refer you to one.
