The Scrooge's Scramble 5K Road Race, now in its 20th year, will start at 10:30 a.m. at the Community Center in Rockville, at the corner of Prospect and School streets.
Race registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Costumes and dogs are welcome.
The run will benefit the Cornerstone Foundation of Rockville and runners are asked to make a donation by cash or check. The foundation will also accept "gently used" T‐shirts, clothing, coats, canned goods, paper goods, gift cards and games, books and board games for the teen shelter.
