Westmoor Park's Fishing Derby 2013 will be held on Saturday May 4, from 6:30 to 9 a.m.
The event is open to children ages 5 to 15, and is sponsored by The MDC. Admission tickets are $5, and are only available through the Westmoor Park Office (no admittance without ticket).
The Fishing Derby features contests, prizes, baked goods for sale, hot beverages and bait. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Admission is limited to the first 200 entrants, and pre-registration required. To register and for more information, call Westmoor Park at 860-561-8260.
