It was a full slate of baseball on Saturday as the Alumni In-House program began the season with their opening day ceremonies and four games on the day, pulled up by one day due to Sunday’s incoming rain.
League president Rich Demorais was credited with the that last minute save.
Meanwhile, across town the Alumni Travel Program U13/U14 teams were hosting the Farmington Falcons. The locals took 3 of 4 games from the visitors including an exciting night cap game – a walk off extra innings win.
