The unstoppable "Listening Space" in Feburary

Snow was the star of the show last week and it made an encore at Saturday night's "Listening Space." But Joe Bleicher kept the audience warm and cozy with his homey folk songs and his humor while Bob Mikulastik made a smashing debut on drums. Chad "the Enfield Idol" Glabach and Jami VanDerMeid reached new vocal heights in their pop ballads. All four closed the night out with a few lively covers and sunrise saw all of us shoveling snow again and praying for spring!

The next "Listening Space" is Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Covenant Congregational Church, 1 Westminster Dr., West Hartford, CT 06107. Sign-up at 6:30pm; the music starts at 7:00. PA, amps, mics, and electric keyboard are provided. The event is free. For more information or to reserve a slot, call Jami at 860-977-0607 or email Chris at christine.r.marchetti@gmail.com.
