The Miracle League is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing boys and girls with cognitive and/or physical challenges the opportunity to participate in baseball and other team sports in a safe and nurturing all inclusive environment throughout Connecticut. To accomplish this goal, funds are currently being raised to build a completely flat, cushioned, rubberized surface wheelchair accessible which would eliminate the inherent barriers of traditional grass and dirt fields.

Once built, the "Miracle Field" located at the corner of Asylum Ave and Trout Brook Drive,West Hartford, will also be a center for community based events (i.e. movie nights, Trick or Treating, children's performances etc.) The "Miracle Field" will be the first of its kind in New England and will benefit children in the Greater Hartford region and beyond as well as provide a resource for similar adult and disabled veteran organizations.
