The West Hartford Bicycle Advisory Commission needs more volunteers for its first official Bicycle Festival on Sunday, May 19. Wheel Fun Day will be rich with possibility, including performances by a world champion stunt rider, decorate-your-bike stations, Big Wheel races, lots of practical tips on safety and how to care for your bike, dozens of vendors, good food, live music and more.
