West Hartford, CT – The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the grand opening of Petals and Paws, LLC, located on 22 Raymond Road, with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Chamber Ambassadors and Town officials attended the event, including Mayor Scott Slifka, Deputy Mayor Shari Cantor, and Councilors Captain, Casperson, and Kindall.
