Food Pantry Needs Your Help!

The West Hartford Food Pantry relies solely on donations from the community. With the spring here and the warmer weather coming, we are running low on a few particular items. You can help by donating groceries, organizing a neighborhood food drive or making a financial donation to the West Hartford Food Pantry.

At this time we are in urgent need of the following items:

  • Canned Tuna
  • Small Canned Soup (10 -12oz)
  • Canned Corn
  • Boxed Macaroni and Cheese
  • Cereal (Regular size, not family)Canned Beans
  • Canned Baked Beans
  • Spaghetti O’s/Ravioli

Right now we are fully stocked with canned green vegetables and large soups but desperately need the above items to provide a full grocery bag. It is helpful to receive “normal” sized goods instead of “family” sizes so that we can distribute a variety of items to each family. Please note that we cannot accept expired foods.
